2024 Amesbury Jets Youth Football and Cheer!

Amesbury Youth Football and Cheer is a 50+ year old program designed to teach fundamentals of sport and the lessons of life. Our football players compete in the Cape Ann Youth Football League, Kitchin Division. Football teams play at age levels that start at 2nd grade and go up through 8th grade. Football Teams are made of Groups of kids that are by grades. D team is 2-4, C team is 5/6 and B is 7th and A is 8th. That is we get enough sign-ups. Our Cheerleaders competes in cheer competition threw Massachusetts Youth Cheer Alliance. The cheerleaders are at the sidelines for our football players cheering the football players on. Cheer starts in Kindergarten and goes threw 8Th grade. Teams are Mascots Kindergarten-2nd, D team 3/4, C is 5th/6th, and A 7th/8th.

Our goal is to have fun and develop young men and women who compete at a high level with good sportsmanship, hard work and learn comitment while developing life skills. We want to help with characteristics such as leadership, perseverance, working within a team, respect for coaches, team mates, and opponents. To learn to overcoming any obstacle and developing friendships for life.
